Yes—free delivery for orders above $100. Orders below $100 have a delivery fee (and some locations like Sentosa/extended zones have different fees).

You can choose a delivery date at checkout (including weekends/public holidays). Available time slots include 10am–5pm and 5pm–10pm (subject to availability).

Because our goodies are handmade and delicate, minor cracks/peeling can happen and are considered normal. Major issues (e.g., damaged bottles or significant damage) can be reviewed if you send photos upon delivery.

Once an order is confirmed, changes aren’t allowed. Cancellations depend on how close it is to the delivery date and may involve restocking/merchant fees.
