At Sedap Secrets, we ensure that your freshly baked Hari Raya treats reach you in perfect condition and on time.

Delivery Options

Daily Delivery, Including Weekends & Public Holidays – Choose your preferred date at checkout. If a date is unavailable, it is fully booked.

Delivery Time Slots

  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

(If a time slot is unavailable, it is fully booked.)

Delivery Fees

✔Free delivery for orders above $100
✔ Orders below $100: $7.60 delivery fee
✔ Sentosa: $25 delivery fee (Free for orders above $300)
✔ Extended Zones (Jurong Island, Tuas, Army Camps): $25 delivery fee (Free for orders above $800)

Important Notes

Delicate Goodies: Our handmade treats have a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture, making them fragile. Minor cracks or peeling are natural and do not qualify for refunds or replacements. For damaged bottles or major issues, please send us photos upon delivery for review.

Failed Deliveries: Incorrect addresses or absence during delivery will incur a $25 re-delivery fee.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • No changes can be made once an order is confirmed. Please place a new order if needed.

  • Cancellations before 3 days of delivery: 5% restocking fee applies.

  • Cancellations within 3 days of delivery: 50% restocking fee + 5% merchant fee applies.
