Orders & Payments

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations incur a 5% processing fee.

  • Orders canceled within 14 days of delivery incur a 60% cancellation fee.

  • Refunds & exchanges are not allowed due to the perishable nature of our products.

Delivery Policies

  • Delivery time slots are fixed and cannot be altered after order confirmation.

  • Missed deliveries will require a $25 redelivery fee.

  • Late deliveries do not qualify for refunds.

Product Quality & Returns

  • Minor cracks or texture variations are natural and do not warrant refunds.
